Terriyaki Chicken Pasta in Pasta Zanmai

Food is the most direct way for the human to understand the cultures of various countries. In this society, people always pursue innovation and integration, even on food. This is why there are some restaurant try to combined two elements of food from the different country together. Pasta Zanmai is one of these restaurants, they merge Western food and Japanese food in one. Japanese pasta is one special dishes from their menu.

There are many choices of pasta, all of them looks good and attractive! I really hesitated for a long time when ordering, not only doubt its edibility but also look forward to the freshness it brings. After a few battles with myself, I finally decided to order! I ordered Teriyaki Chicken pasta for my meal. Actually, I’m having my lunch with my friend that they, so she ordered an Ebi Tempura Goma Sauce Pasta.

Pasta Zanmai actually sold pizza also! As same, their pizza was also in Japanese style. For examples, they have seafood pizza, chicken teriyaki pizza, Hotate Mentaiko pizza ( Scallop pizza) and also Margherita pizza (tomato and beef). In these pizzas, I think Hotate Mentaiko is the spiciest one. It was made by scallop and grilled with cod roe sauce. I never try eating pizza with scallops on it, it really surprised me!

As I mentioned, I went Pasta Zanmai with one of my friends. Two of us like fruit tea very much so that we order fruit tea for our drinks. Unfortunately, I also forgot to take its picture. We thought it was just a small jug, two of us should be able to finish it but we were shocked when the tea sends till our place. The high of the jug was similar to my forearm, it not only have tea, but it also has some fruit slice inside. It tastes fresh and sweet.

A few minutes later, our main meal, pasta arrived. Teriyaki pasta not only have pasta and Teriyaki chicken in it, but it also have a half-boiled egg! At first, I still doubt is this pasta nice, but it really tastes good. The pasta is chewy, the chicken is tender and the sauce is with a bit of sweetness. If you like creamy feelings, you may also mix the egg yolk with the pasta, it tastes different but special.

Besides, Ebi Tempura Goma Sauce Pasta tastes good also. Ebi Tempura Goma Sauce Pasta was also called fried prawn sesame-sauce spaghetti. As the different with Terriyaki Chicken Pasta, it doesn't have half-boiled egg on it and it taste more creamy. Compared with Teriyaki Chicken pasta, Ebi Tempura Goma Sauce Pasta was more salty and creamy. It tastes a little bit greasy if taken too much so I’ll prefer Teriyaki chicken pasta more.

Last but not least, Pasta Zanmai is a good place for people who want to gather with their friends in a nice environment. Most of the outlet of Pasta Zanmai are in shopping malls and the environment are guaranteed. We may eat safely and chat nicely. There is also much other food in Pasta Zanmai, encouraged to try them all one day.
